The role
Porter is hiring an execution-focused, data-driven Assistant Manager for Category Operations to drive city-level operations and operational excellence across Mumbai and Pune.
What you would do
- Lead Root Cause Analysis to resolve bottlenecks in fulfillment, demand and cancellation metrics
- Design, execute and optimize supply incentive structures and surge management strategies
- Manage city-level escalations and drive long-term process fixes
- Oversee daily productivity, training and performance management of office support teams
What they are looking for
- 2+ years in operations, category management, logistics, mobility or quick commerce
- Strong data orientation with comfort in operational metrics and RCA
- Exceptional communication, coordination and cross-functional stakeholder management
- Hands-on approach with high bias for action and on-ground problem-solving
