The role

What you would do
- Manage and support the end-to-end Performance Management System cycle
- Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition, wellness and cultural initiatives
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement survey results
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, presentations and management updates
- Support HR policies, organizational development and strategic HR projects
- Coordinate HR audits and ensure compliance with policies and statutory requirements
- Partner with business leaders and site HR teams

- Expertise in Performance Management (PMS), Employee Engagement and Talent Management
- Experience with HRIS such as SAP, Oracle or ZingHR
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
