The role
Metalbook is hiring an Associate Program Manager / Program Manager for its Business & Ops Excellence team in Gurgaon. The role leads cross-functional programs, builds scalable SOPs and governance, and drives business process automation with Product and Engineering.
What you would do
- Lead cross-functional programs from planning to execution
- Identify process gaps and build scalable SOPs and governance frameworks
- Drive business process automation with Product and Engineering teams
- Translate business needs into BRDs, process flows and technology solutions
- Build KPI dashboards, business reviews and operational MIS
- Analyze business data to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, SCM, Logistics, Finance, HR, Product, Engineering and BI teams
- Drive process compliance, audit closures and operational excellence
What they are looking for
- 2-5 years in Program Management, Business Excellence, Process Excellence or Operations Excellence
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technology solutions
- High ownership and execution mindset
- Strong documentation skills (BRDs, SOPs, process flows)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Working knowledge of BI tools, Metabase a plus
