The role
Pension Bazaar is hiring a Data Analyst in Gurugram to analyse large datasets, build dashboards and MIS reports, and support business decisions. Requires 3+ years of experience with SQL, Python and reporting tools.
What you would do
- Collect, analyse and interpret large datasets to identify trends
- Develop and maintain dashboards and MIS reports
- Write and optimise SQL queries in MySQL
- Perform data cleaning, validation and accuracy checks
- Create automated reports and improve reporting processes
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Analyse key business metrics and provide actionable insights
- Use Python for data analysis, manipulation and reporting automation
What they are looking for
- 3+ years in data analytics or business analytics
- Strong hands-on experience with MySQL and SQL queries
- Experience in dashboard creation and reporting
- Good knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, automation)
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
