The role
Redon Lithium Industries is hiring a Deputy Manager / Manager for its Finance & Accounts team in Greater Noida. The role covers accounting operations, statutory compliance, MIS reporting and audit coordination, with 8-10 years of experience required.
What you would do
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
- Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS and tax activities
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger
- Coordinate with auditors, banks and regulatory authorities
- Prepare MIS reports, budgeting and financial analysis
- Support month-end and year-end closing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls
What they are looking for
- 8-10 years of experience
- Preference for automobile or manufacturing industry background
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
- Good analytical, communication and team management skills
