The role
RapidClaims is hiring for its Founder's Office in Bangalore to work directly with US health system customers from strategic vision to production deployment, owning presales to postsales outcomes. Requires 2-4 years in consulting, VC, PE or fast-growing startups.
What you would do
- Work directly with customers from strategic vision to production deployment
- Partner with C-suite execs at US health systems to design AI adoption roadmaps
- Own outcomes end to end from presales to postsales
- Operate at the intersection of business strategy, AI deployment and hands-on execution
What they are looking for
- High agency, high ownership and excellent communication skills
- 2-4 years of experience in top-tier consulting, VC or PE firms or fast-growing startups
- Experience managing client-side relationships with senior stakeholders, preferably US-based, is a plus
