The role
Battery Smart, a battery swapping network for electric 2 and 3 wheelers, is hiring a General Manager for Strategy & Operations to work with leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization.
What you would do
- Partner with leadership to define and execute business strategy and OKRs
- Lead high-impact cross-functional strategic programs end-to-end
- Drive operational excellence through process improvements and automation
- Build dashboards and performance tracking frameworks for key business metrics
- Enable decision-making through data-backed insights
- Act as a liaison across Product, Ops, Finance and Marketing teams
What they are looking for
- 7+ years in strategy, consulting or operations
- Experience in startups, automotive, logistics or energy sectors preferred
- Strong exposure to cross-functional program management
- Experience in multi-site, partner-led or franchisee operations is a plus
- Strong analytical skills (Excel/SQL preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
