The role
Hala Mobility is hiring a Head of Supply Chain Management & Inventory in Hyderabad to build scalable supply chain and inventory systems with item- and value-level traceability across multiple cities, hubs and warehouses for its fleet operations.
What you would do
- Build scalable supply chain and inventory systems from the ground up
- Establish item-level and value-level traceability
- Control inventory across multiple cities, hubs and warehouses
- Track parts consumption against each vehicle and service activity
- Implement SOPs, approval controls, audits and reconciliation processes
- Create dashboards for stock, ageing, consumption, procurement and variance
- Integrate procurement, inventory, service, refurbishment and finance workflows
- Build a disciplined team supporting rapid fleet expansion
What they are looking for
- Background in automotive, EV, fleet operations, manufacturing, logistics or multi-location service networks
- Ability to operate as a system builder rather than only a process manager
- Strong controls for stock accuracy, ageing, pilferage and reorder planning
