The role
Peeko is hiring a hands-on Head of Warehouse Operations to own inbound, inventory and outbound fulfilment and drive core warehouse KPIs end-to-end. Early-stage, high-ownership, build-from-zero on-site role.
What you would do
- Own inbound to dispatch operations
- Drive inventory accuracy and cataloging
- Manage warehouse team and 3PLs
- Improve key metrics such as Inward TAT, Stock Loss and Accuracy
What they are looking for
- 3+ years in warehouse ops (ecommerce / quick commerce)
- Strong execution mindset with bias for action
- Comfortable with data, KPIs and WMS
