The role
BrandPixlr is hiring an HR Executive in Greater Noida West to handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Working days are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
What you would do
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Employee engagement and HR operations
- Attendance and leave management
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate interviews and support day-to-day HR activities

- 1-3 years of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
