The role
An HR Manager role in Delhi leading end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll, onboarding, PMS and employee engagement, working closely with the CHRO on strategic HR initiatives. Immediate joiners preferred.
What you would do
- Lead end-to-end HR operations
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESI and statutory requirements
- Manage payroll, onboarding, PMS and employee lifecycle
- Handle employee grievances and drive engagement initiatives
- Work with the CHRO on strategic HR initiatives
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes
- Drive organizational culture and process improvements
What they are looking for
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll, PF, ESI and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms such as Zimyo and Keka
- Experience in HR operations, employee engagement, PMS and grievance handling
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
