The role
GR Infraprojects Ltd. is hiring an HR Manager in Karnataka to lead end-to-end HR operations across project sites, ensure labour law and statutory compliance, and partner with project leadership. Requires 12-15 years of HR experience.
What you would do
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across project sites
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations and the New Wages Code
- Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle, payroll coordination and HR documentation
- Support statutory audits and liaise with government authorities
- Partner with project leadership to drive HR initiatives and ensure compliance
What they are looking for
- 12-15 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour law compliance
- Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, EPC or Manufacturing industry
- Hands-on experience with SAP/SuccessFactors, HRMS and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
