The role

CloudKeeper is hiring an HR Operations professional in Noida with 1-3 years of experience across onboarding, BGV, payroll coordination, compliance and employee lifecycle management. Five days work from office.

What you would do

• End-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities
• Background Verification coordination
• Employee exit and offboarding process
• PF and ESIC compliance
• Insurance and vendor management
• Payroll coordination
• HR policies and SOP implementation
• HRMS/HRIS management and HR trackers

What they are looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations
• Hands-on experience in onboarding, BGV, payroll coordination and compliance
• Good understanding of PF, ESIC, insurance, vendor management and HR policies
• Experience working with HRMS/HRIS tools
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
