Senior HR business partner leadership role in Noida with a fast-growing cloud solutions company, driving people strategy, employee engagement, performance management, talent development and retention.
What you would do
- Act as a strategic consultant to leadership and align people strategy with business objectives
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen retention and performance culture
- Lead talent development, succession planning and organizational capability building
- Own end-to-end performance management cycles including goal setting and reviews
- Coach managers on performance challenges and improvement plans
- Monitor attrition trends and design retention strategies
- Scale HR processes to support organizational growth
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver learning interventions
