The role
An on-site Hub Incharge role in Landran, Punjab responsible for last-mile hub operations and hiring and managing a fleet of delivery riders.
What you would do
- Oversee day-to-day hub operations
- Optimize delivery routes and ensure timely dispatches
- Maintain high efficiency in last-mile delivery metrics
- Onboard, train and manage a team of delivery riders
- Monitor rider performance, attendance and payouts
What they are looking for
- Proven experience in logistics, e-commerce or supply chain operations
- Last-mile delivery experience
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and people management skills
- Familiarity with local geography of Landran and surrounding areas
