The role
Compass Group India is hiring a Lead - Non Labour Compliance in Gurugram to own end-to-end statutory compliance and licensing for greenfield Central Production Unit setups. Requires 8-15 years in factory setup, industrial licensing or compliance.
What you would do
- Conduct site feasibility and regulatory due diligence for central kitchens
- Manage end-to-end licensing for greenfield factory setup
- Coordinate with projects, legal and operations stakeholders
- Secure factory licence, building plan approval, CTE/CTO, fire NOC and safety approvals
- Ensure adherence to Factory Act, environmental norms and food safety regulations
- Coordinate external safety audits through approved agencies
What they are looking for
- 8-15 years in factory setup, industrial licensing or compliance
- Strong exposure to greenfield plant setup and regulatory approvals
- Experience in FMCG, food processing, QSR, pharma or industrial manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with multiple regulatory bodies
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
