The role
Manager role leading end-to-end employee lifecycle operations and HR shared services delivery, with focus on process excellence, SLA governance, automation and SAP SuccessFactors administration.
What you would do
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including hiring and onboarding
- Handle employee data management, confirmations, transfers and promotions
- Run HR helpdesk and employee query resolution
- Manage exit process and full & final settlement
- Lead HR operations and shared services delivery with SLA adherence
- Administer SAP SuccessFactors and HR reporting/analytics
- Manage stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance and Business
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR shared services team
What they are looking for
- 8-10 years of HR experience
- 4-5 years in HR Operations / HR Shared Services leadership
- Strong expertise in employee lifecycle management
- Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience
- Strong analytical skills with Excel, MIS and reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and people leadership
