The role
HR role with a Japanese MNC owning end-to-end recruitment and HR operations, including onboarding, payroll coordination with an outsourced vendor, compliance, employee insurance and engagement.
What you would do
- End-to-end recruitment and vendor management
- Onboarding and joining formalities
- HR operations, MIS and reporting
- Payroll coordination with outsourced vendor
- HR compliance and documentation
- Manage employee insurance (mediclaim, accidental and term)
- Training coordination and employee engagement
What they are looking for
- 6+ years of experience
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and HRMS
