The role
CavinKare is hiring a National Trade Marketing Manager for its Beverages business in Chennai to drive national trade marketing initiatives, distributor productivity, visibility and GTM execution. Requires MBA preferred and 3+ years of FMCG experience.
What you would do
- Drive national trade marketing initiatives, distributor productivity, visibility and GTM execution for Beverages
- Lead trade schemes, rural market expansion, loyalty programs and BTL activations
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and distributors to enhance distribution reach and outlet productivity
- Leverage SFA tools, analytics and market intelligence to improve trade effectiveness and ROI
- Support new product launches, channel capability building and trade budget governance
What they are looking for
- MBA preferred from Tier 1 institution
- 3+ years of FMCG experience
- Beverages and Trade Marketing exposure is an added advantage
