The role
Talent Acquisition role at a logistics company's corporate office in Gurugram, handling end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning with business heads, pipeline building for operations and sales roles, and recruitment MIS reporting.
What you would do
- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding
- Partner with business heads on manpower planning
- Build talent pipelines for operations, sales, warehousing, fleet and support roles
- Source via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants and campus channels
- Own recruitment MIS, trackers and TAT / cost-per-hire reporting
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience
What they are looking for
- 2-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Preferably in logistics, transportation, supply chain or freight forwarding
- Working knowledge of HRMS / ATS platforms
- Strong sourcing ability across job boards and social channels
- Comfort with volume hiring and multi-location coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel
