BigBasket is hiring an Operations Manager for dark store operations in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role covers end-to-end dark store execution, logistics, hub operations, cost and productivity targets, and workforce development.
What you would do
- Manage end-to-end dark store operations
- Oversee logistics, transportation, hub operations and customer service
- Achieve cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain fill rate, on-time picking and control write-offs
- Drive process audit compliance and picker productivity
- Ensure timely inbound operations via vendor scheduling
- Supervise, coach and develop the store workforce
- Maintain cost structures and adhere to CP targets
What they are looking for
- Proven experience in dark store operations in quick commerce, FMCG or retail
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, fulfilment and last-mile operations
- Demonstrated success in logistics and distribution management
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
