The role
A premium retail and D2C fashion brand is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager in Bangalore to scale paid media campaigns and maximise ROAS. The role owns full-funnel acquisition, retention and budget allocation with 6-8 years of experience required.
What you would do
- Scale Google, Meta, YouTube and marketplace ad campaigns
- Lower CAC and improve conversion rates through A/B testing and creative optimization
- Track daily KPIs such as ROAS, CVR, CPC and CPA
- Build audience segmentation and remarketing strategies
- Own full-funnel acquisition, retention and budget allocation
