The role
SalarySe, a fintech startup, is hiring a full-time Product Analyst in Gurgaon to track and improve product KPIs, analyze user behaviour, build dashboards and contribute insights that shape product strategy.
What you would do
- Partner with product managers to track and improve KPIs
- Analyze product performance and user behavior to identify opportunities
- Build dashboards and reports for data-driven decisions
- Contribute insights to shape product strategy and innovation
- Work closely with product, tech and design teams to deliver solutions
What they are looking for
- 2-5 years of experience in fintech/e-commerce product analytics
- Strong analytical skills with user-first thinking
- Hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools
- Comfortable working with data to generate actionable insights
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Experience defining and tracking product/business metrics
