The role

What you would do
- Define and execute product vision and roadmap over 1-3 years
- Own monetisation P&L and drive product-led growth
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing and CS
- Drive mid-market expansion strategy
- Build and manage PRDs, documentation and GTM strategies
- Use experimentation and analytics to guide decisions
What they are looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience scaling B2B SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in finance, accounting, payments or workforce management solutions
- Understanding of multi-product ecosystems and integrations
- Experience taking products up-market
- Strong commercial acumen across P&L, LTV and CAC
- Familiarity with AI, LLMs and data-driven innovation
