The role
Easebuzz is hiring a Product Manager in Pune to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for merchant lending, embedded finance and affordability products. Requires 4-6 years of fintech product management experience and immediate joining.
What you would do
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for merchant lending and affordability products
- Define product strategy, roadmap and PRDs aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Risk, Data Science and Business teams
- Leverage transaction data to build merchant-focused lending solutions
- Drive data-backed product decisions, experimentation and product growth
- Work closely with banks, NBFCs and ecosystem partners
What they are looking for
- 4-6 years of Product Management experience in FinTech
- Strong experience in Merchant Lending, SME Financing, BNPL or B2B financial products
- Deep understanding of Indian payment systems, RBI regulations and NBFC partnerships
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, SQL, Mixpanel and Tableau
- Strong stakeholder management and Agile product development experience
- Experience in Embedded Finance or BaaS preferred
- Knowledge of Payment Gateways, UPI, IMPS, NEFT, Cards and Payment APIs preferred
