The role
A Product Manager role in Gurgaon to drive growth of a UPI B2C consumer payments product, owning P2P, QR, collect and autopay journeys and NPCI/bank integrations. Requires 2-4 years of product management experience.
What you would do
- Define and execute the roadmap for UPI B2C product experiences
- Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention
- Benchmark against competitors and identify gaps
- Define product KPIs such as TPV, transactions, success rate, DAU/MAU and retention
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of UPI features from ideation to launch
- Improve payment success rates, latency and reliability
- Build core journeys: P2P transfers, P2M QR, collect requests, UPI Autopay
- Manage integrations with NPCI/PSP banks and dependencies
What they are looking for
- 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably fintech/payments/consumer apps
- Strong understanding of UPI ecosystem, payment flows and user journeys
- Familiarity with NPCI guidelines, UPI architecture and bank integrations
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret funnel and transaction data
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Jira, Scrum)
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
