The role
Policybazaar is hiring a Soft Skills Trainer for its Learning & Development team in Gurgaon to deliver communication, leadership and presentation workshops and design learning modules.
What you would do
- Deliver engaging soft skills training sessions
- Conduct communication, email etiquette, leadership, teamwork, presentation and time management workshops
- Identify training needs and design learning modules
- Coach and mentor employees to improve performance
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training reports
- Conduct refresher sessions and provide constructive feedback
What they are looking for
- 2-5 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong facilitation, coaching and presentation skills
- Experience in employee development and adult learning methodologies
