The role
Manipal Hospitals is hiring a Support Service Head to manage end-to-end hospital facility operations, including housekeeping, security, waste management and vendor operations, with a focus on statutory compliance and NABH standards.
What you would do
- Manage end-to-end hospital facility operations
- Lead housekeeping, security, pest control, waste management and vendor operations
- Monitor facility budgets and optimize operational costs
- Ensure uninterrupted support for clinical operations and patient experience
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary facility teams
What they are looking for
- 8-15 years in hospital facility management
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in a multispecialty hospital
- Experience with NABH hospitals preferred
- Knowledge of statutory regulations and NABH standards
- Vendor and contract management experience
- Hospital or hospitality background preferred
