The role
HomeBazaar.com, a real estate technology company, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive in Navi Mumbai to manage end-to-end recruitment (mainly Sales roles), sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
What you would do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across roles, majorly Sales
- Source candidates via job portals, social media and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding
- Maintain recruitment data, reports and hiring metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders on hiring requirements and workforce planning
What they are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years in talent acquisition or recruitment; strong-communication freshers may apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
